I know because I lived it.
In my late 30s, I was juggling family, career, relationships, and responsibilities. I was eating clean. Working out. Following every rule I’d been taught.
But inside, something felt… off.
I was drained by 3 PM.
The weight wouldn’t budge.
My mood and energy were unpredictable.
And I didn’t feel at home in my own body.
And I’ll never forget what my mom told me when I turned 37:
“Enjoy it now… it’s all downhill from here.”
She meant well... but it planted a quiet fear that maybe she was right.
Everyone told me to “try harder,” but the harder I pushed, the worse I felt.
That was my turning point.
Instead of forcing my body to obey outdated rules…
I got curious.
I learned to work with my hormones, not against them.
I discovered the foods that actually fueled me.
I swapped stressful workouts for movement that made me feel strong.
I built rhythms that supported my real life, not someone else’s plan.
And as my own health transformed, I began using these same principles with my clients... and the results were undeniable. That’s when the foundation for what became The F.L.O.W. Method was born.
