Hi there 👋 My name is Tina Adkison. I'm a certified health coach at Tina's Primal Life and Personal Trainer for over 25 years. I am the creator of The F.L.O.W. Program.

“Enjoy it now… it’s all downhill from here.”

That’s what my mom said when I turned 37.
She meant well — but what I heard was: “Your best years are behind you.”

And at the time? It felt true.

I was juggling everything — raising kids, building a career, showing up for everyone.
I was working out. Eating clean. Following all the “rules.”

But inside, I felt disconnected from my body — and from myself.
